Shipping and handling time is 2-5 business day. We do not ship partial orders unless specifically requested by the customer. Partial order shipments may result in additional shipping charges. Please contact us first if you need to have your order delivered by a certain date.
Any domestic orders that are returned to us as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee.
We strive to maintain stock of all the parts listed in our webstore. Please understand the exclusive and limited-production nature of some of our products, coupled with a high demand may occasionally result in some parts being oversold. We will contact you within 1 business day if we’re out of stock of any parts ordered.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express payment from any American or European Bank via "Stripe" payment system (Paypal analogue)
We do ship internationally, usually via USPS. We also work with various freight forwarders.
We do not accept payment form Russia Banks and payment systems and we do not ship to Russia!
Please be advised your country’s customs office may impose additional customs duties and fees. These fees and taxes are based on your country’s import policy, and may be imposed in addition to the purchase price and shipping/handling fees collected by us prior to shipment.
All such fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and any and all charges incurred by us will be charged to the customer.
All charges, sales, returns, and exchanges will be calculated in US dollars.
Evolutioncustoms LLP is not responsible for fluctuations in currency value. International customers are responsible for understanding their country’s international buying laws, and should be aware that all international purchases are subject to additional brokerage, duty or tax fees that are collected at the time of delivery.
Evolutioncustoms LLP receiver refuses to pay these additional charges at the time of delivery, Evolutioncustoms LLP will instruct the shipping carrier to abandon the package.
Abandoned packages are destroyed at the shipping warehouse at your local pick up facility. Evolutioncustoms LLP will not be held responsible for any abandoned packages due to these circumstances.
Please note – international shipping requires recipient’s phone number to be provided. We can not ship internationally unless we have your phone number, including country code and the area code.
RETURNS & DAMAGES:
We guarantee all products against manufacturers’ defects within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly exchange the defective part through an RMA process. Our shipping & receiving department does not accept packages without return authorization number. Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned package and obtain an RMA number prior to shipping any parts back to us.
- Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, and returned to us in the original packaging.
- We will not accept returns for refund after 30 days.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees.
- All shipping damages must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. NO damage claim will be honored or investigated after 7 days of shipment’s delivery.
